CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program consisting mainly of a mix of aerobic exercise, body weight exercises, and Olympic weightlifting. CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance.

Regardless of whether you start your CrossFit journey now or have been exercising regularly for many years, we guarantee that CrossFit will keep you in the midst of countless challenges. Our beginner’s program is especially recommended for those who are new to CrossFit.

What will you learn in 6 weeks? 

In order for CrossFit to provide you with constant success and challenge, it is essential to acquire the appropriate technical basic movements. Our program is structured in such a way that each lesson contains theoretical and practical training. Each session will end with a WOD (workout of the day), consisting of already learned movements. The workouts build on each other and the intensity gradually increases, allowing you and your body time to get used to the increasing workload with proper regeneration.

Not only will you feel stronger after completing the program, but you will realize that CrossFit is much more than just a sport, it’s a lifestyle.
